Q: Are the waves good for surfing?
A: Conditions change all the time dependent on the weather and ocean conditions. The best way to tell is to check out the local surf report.
When looking at the report, here are some things to look for:
- Less than 10 mph winds
- 1-2 ft waves are great for beginners!
- Low tide is best for children.
Q: Is there parking at the pier?
A: There is a paid parking lot and metered parking along all the side streets in Cocoa Beach. The paid parking lot is cash only!
Q: Do you have availability for today?
A: Booking 10 hours in advance guarantees instructor availability. Same day bookings are handled on a walk up basis.
Q: What should we wear/bring?
A: Rashguards are recommended, but not required. Bathing suits, sandals & whatever is needed for the beach (towels, sunscreen, etc) are all that you’ll need to bring.
